Scholarships

• Yew Chung Community College Scholarship for Hong Kong Students

New students applying to either the College’s UFD or AD Programmes in 2010-11 who fulfil the Admission Requirements may apply for the College’s YCCC Scholarship for Hong Kong Students.  Applicants should send in their College Application Form together with their School Principal/Headmaster’s Letter of Nomination.  Eligible applicants will be invited to attend an Admission Interview and be notified if s/he is accepted into a Programme and the award of a Scholarship.  Suitable students will receive a Scholarship equivalent to 40% of their Tuition Fees.  The amount will be deducted from their College Tuition Fees in their first year of study at the College.

• YCCC Scholarship for Students Progressing into the Second Semester in 2010-11
  At the end of the first semester in 2010-11, two current students who obtained the highest Overall Programme GPA with a minimum of 3.2 in each Programme (i.e., UFD, AD year 1 and AD Year 2) will receive a scholarship amount of HK$5,000 which will be deducted in their College Tuition Fee in the second semester.

• The award recipients and the amount of the YCCC Scholarship Scheme are subject to the final decisions made by the College Admission Panel. 
• The information on YCCC Scholarship Scheme is applicable to the academic year 2010-11 only.
