Academic Staff

The College appoints Lecturers with Masters Degrees in their Subject Area who are interested in global issues, cross-cultural communication and international education and are devoted to teaching as their prime interest.  They should be eager to contribute to the development of a new College with a determination to provide an international learning environment and forward-looking Programmes aimed at enabling students to contribute towards developing a better world.
 
Contracts for full-time posts will normally be for two years.  Salary will be in line with the prevailing market level and the qualifications and experience of the appointee.  MPF, medical and dental benefits, and accommodation allowance for Lecturers appointed on overseas terms will normally be provided.

Administrative and Support Staff

Full-time administrative and support staff are expected to have appropriate specialist qualifications in their specialism, be service-oriented and flexible, and be able to handle English and Chinese well.
