Management Committee

As set out under Ordinance Cap 279, the College has a Management Committee comprising two Managers:

• Dr Betty Chan Po-King
• Dr Gary Morrison (College Supervisor)

Operational Management

Operational management of the College is delegated to the President of the College supported by the Senior Management Team.

The Senior Management Team currently comprises:

• Dr Teddy So (Chairperson)
• Mr Samuel Li

Academic Management

Responsibility for academic and programme matters lies with the College’s Academic Board.

The Academic Board currently comprises:

• Dr Teddy So (Chairperson)
• Mr Samuel Li
• Mr Simon Li
• All Part-time Lecturers able to attend
• Ms Jane Lam (Secretary)

The College also has an Assessment and Examinations Board which reports to the Academic Board and to the College Governing Council, whose membership is as follows:
