In line with the UNESCO 1998 publication entitled: " World Declaration on Higher Education for the Twenty-First Century: Vision and Action ", YCCC believes that all education, including higher education, should serve not just economic and vocational ends, but broader humanistic, social, cultural and moral purposes as well.
